The Patient Advisory Service (PAS) was formed in 1998 within London’s world-renowned area of medical excellence Harley Street, to offer a unique experienced aesthetic surgical / nonsurgical advisory service.

Joy Parker-Fleming (senior advisor) selected the team, all having worked hands on with patients within the NHS as well as the private sector across both the UK and Europe.

PAS offers a bespoke information service unlike any other, in that you are free to call us on (0800 033 6024) for sound information or perhaps a concern you have regarding your interest when researching the possibly of undertaking an aesthetic surgical or non- surgical procedure.

PAS are independent and are not a commission-based referral service. PAS are not funded or have any direct affiliation with clinics, hospitals, Consultants or any financial organisations.

PAS are the UK’s most hands-on experienced team within the aesthetic surgical/non-surgical, cosmetic surgery arena.

When PAS was formed 24 years ago it was to establish a unique patient friendly service with a human face and voice. We are a small team, highly experienced to help and guide you to the most appropriate GMC (Specialist registered) (Plas) BAAPS. BAPRAS membership consultants.

PAS will be honest with you; we are happy to share our knowledge and experience gained over many years to guide you through the myriad of advertising websites stating “their Surgeons are the ones that their favourite influencers or media stars go to” in full knowledge that this will not be legally challenged. In many cases they are companies using surgeons who operate outside of the UK.
